Dr. Frost received his dental degree from the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry and practiced general dentistry for five years after which he completed a one-year fellowship in TMJ dysfunction before fulfilling a two-year residency in orthodontics and dentofacial orthopedics at the University of Rochester. He is an associate clinical professor at the University of the Pacific Orthodontic Department, conducts highly rated in-office courses, is a Damon System Educator-Mentor and lectures worldwide on facially based treatment planning and passive self-ligation mechanics. Dr. Frost has been voted by his peers as one of the Phoenix area’s top orthodontists annually for 14 years.
