Eliminating Drama and Conflict in the Orthodontics Setting

Almost all offices experience unwanted drama in the work setting. Whether it’s gossip, competition, grudges, or personality clashes, business owners and employees can feel plagued by stress and frustration when interpersonal work relationships break down. In this lecture, Christine will help doctors identify problematic work personas and behaviors using a powerful relationship tool she’s taught all over the country. She’ll then share specific “Shift Skills” designed to move a team toward a more functional system. Once identified and implemented, doctors feel more capable to lead, manage and support their team in shifting out of dysfunctional patterns, into new behavior that fosters collaboration and improved communication.
