Universal Sealant and Bond Enhancer
Ortho Solo™ is a universal sealant and bonding primer for use with light cure and chemical cure bonding systems. Ortho Solo’s hydrophilic property makes it moisture tolerant.
- Ortho Solo incorporates a bond-enhancing property designed to improve adhesion to the tooth at the adhesive interface.
- The glass filler is designed to act as a stress and shock absorber, helping prevent cracks that can lead to bond failures.
- No air-dry or light-cure step is needed.
- Includes a compound that displaces moisture, making the technique more forgiving when a dry field is inadvertently compromised.
Arch before enamel preparation.
Apply etchant on enamel surface for 30 seconds.
Rinse etchant thoroughly from enamel (5 seconds per tooth).
Air dry enamel until dull and frosty.
Dispense 1 drop of Ortho Solo into mixing well.
Apply etchant on enamel surface for 30 seconds.
Follow manufacturer’s instructions for proper bonding.
Light cure following manufacturer’s curing instructions.
