  • Flexible: Choose between Spark Aligners and Spark Passive Aligners, select the exact number of aligners needed, and pay per tray.
  • Cost-efficient: Only pay for what you need, based on your loyalty tier, with no extra commitment necessary.
  • Convenient: Follow the Spark Aligner workflow to order through our DTX Web Portal instead of manufacturing in office.
  • No change to submission process: Select Spark on Demand, then Spark Aligners, and continue with prescription form and approval as usual.

How do I order?

When you enter a new case you will see the SOD option under the product portfolio. You will be able to choose Spark aligners in TruGENTM OR TruGEN XRTM.

When do I use Spark On-Demand?

  • Minor Orthodontic Treatments / Touch Up Cases: cases that typically require fewer than 10 stages of aligner trays.
  • Relapse Treatments: patient has minor movement post treatment.
  • Combo Treatments: add a few aligners to a bracket treatment.
  • Additional Refinements: doctors treated patient with a limited product (e.g., Spark 20) and used up included refinements but needs a few more.
