Dr. Alan Bagden
- Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics, a Fellow in the American College of Dentists and Pierre Fauchard Honorary Dental Society.
- Lectured at the European Orthodontic Society annual meeting, the Canadian Association of Orthodontists annual meeting and numerous Damon events, both domestically and internationally. Frequent lecturer at the University of Maryland orthodontic residency program, the Children’s National Medical Center orthodontic residency program in Washington, D.C., the AAO annual session and various other international events.
- Published numerous articles in a variety of professional publications.
- Co-authored the original "Damon® Workbook" with Dwight Damon in 2003 and has contributed book chapters in published textbooks concerning self-ligation.

Dr. Michael Bicknell
Elmhurst, IL
A diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics, Dr. Bicknell earned his DDS and completed a residency in orthodontics from the University of Illinois at Chicago where he also received an MS in oral biology. Now in private practice, he is a former clinical instructor at the university and continues his involvement there by lecturing to dental students and orthodontic residents throughout the year. He is active in his local community where he supports many organizations.

Dr. Todd Bovenizer

A recertified diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics, Dr. Bovenizer earned his DDS from and his certificate in orthodontics from West Virginia University School of Dentistry. In private practice, he is past president of the North Carolina Association of Orthodontists and the Summit 360 Study Club. He has lectured nationally on the Damon System, is a Damon Mentor, has been published in the JCO and other orthodontic journals. Dr. Bo's office is a popular site for professionals in the field to study the Damon system and his dynamic culture.
Dr. Chris Chang
Hsinchu, Taiwan
A diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics, Dr. Chang received his PhD in bone physiology and certificate in orthodontics from Indiana University. He is publisher of the International Journal of Orthodontics and Implantology (iJoI), author of the workbook for the International Association of Orthodontists and Implantologists and co-author of Orthodontics, Volumes I, II & III. In private practice, Dr. Chang also lectures worldwide on a wide range of topics, including impaction therapy, PSL mechanics, gummy smiles, TADs, and Steve Jobs's effective presentations. As a private instructor, he has taught 2,000+ doctors from 21 countries and is actively involved in the design of TADs and their application in impaction treatment.

Dr. Darsh Patel obtained his degree in Dentistry from the University of Manchester, and postgraduate in Orthodontics at Birmingham Dental Hospital. He runs a multi-award winning, 100% private practice in London, United Kingdom utilising the latest technology Invisible Lingual and self ligating buccal appliances. With nearly a decade of utilising the Damon system and self ligating appliances, Darsh is hugely enthused by the positive changes modern brace systems have brought to orthodontic treatment. He is on the expert panel for a number of orthodontic braces and lectures upon various orthodontic techniques globally.

Dr. Ashley Smith
Toowoomba, Queensland
Dr. Ashley Smith completed his Dental degree and graduated from the University of Queensland (UQ) in 1980. He then completed his masters in Orthodontics (UQ) in 1986. He has been in private orthodontic practice for over 30 years and is actively involved in improving and teaching the best practice for the Insignia appliance. Dr. Smith has extensive experience in treating and teaching the management of complex cases, with and without surgery.
Dr. Vas Srinivasan
Sunshine Coast, Queensland
Dr. Vas completed his undergraduate education at Dr. MGR Medical University in Chennai (Madras), India. He then received a master’s degree from the University of St. Thomas in Minnesota, USA before completing his orthodontic training at the University of Sydney, where he graduated with a merit scholarship. He also obtained his membership diploma with the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh in the UK through an independent examination process conducted in New Zealand. Dr. Vas Srinivasan lectures to specialist dental groups throughout the world and teaches hands-on courses.
Dr. Christopher Turnock
Toowoomba, Queensland
Dr. Chris Turnock completed his specialist training at the University of Melbourne in 2009. He is a partner in Toowoomba Orthodontists, who are now considered world leaders in customized digital orthodontic care. As well as lecturing nationally and internationally, Chris is also a visiting senior lecturer at the University of Queensland. Chris is passionate about technology and enjoys running a technology-based practice. Since he joined Toowoomba Orthodontists, and integrated the Insignia system with Ashley Smith, the practice has more than doubled in size. Outside of the surgery, Chris enjoys family life with his wife, Catherine and his son Will. His enthusiasm for travel, high performance vehicles and playing golf socially keeps him active and motivated.
